FAQ

Q: Do you provide any warranty?

Yes. We provide a one-year warranty, effective from the date of installation. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you encounter any issues during the warranty period.

Q: I would like to book multiple services for one address. Is there any discount?

Yes! Bundle discounts are automatically applied upon check out.

Q: I would like to book your services for another address. Can I enter multiple addresses in the same checkout?

No; only one address is allowed per check out. If you would like to book our services for more than one address, please do a separate check out.

Q: Is changing out the ventilation cover legal?

Yes. This is compliant with SCDF's regulations. But please note that you are only allowed to close off (fully seal) one side.

Q: How do I reinstate the original metal plate?

After changing out the ventilation cover, we'll keep the original metal plate and screws safe in the shelter in case you need to reinstate it. To reinstate, just cut out the old cover and screw the original metal plate back in.

Q: What material is the ventilation cover made of?

The product is made of gypsum, the same material as your HDB walls and some false ceilings. It's fairly moisture-resistant and sturdy.
